Job Summary:Mac Duggal is searching for a smart, eager, and confident individual to serve as an in house Fashion Assistant. The Fashion Assistant will work closely with lead designers on a daily basis. Our ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and thrive in a flexible and often-changing work environment. This position is an opportunity to gain insights from top designers on the day to day business affairs and inner workings of a fashion house. We are looking for Fashion Assistant candidates who can grow with the company and be a valuable addition to the brand.Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact between the executive and other colleaguesManage the designers calendar and set up meetingsHandle and make calls for designer when neededDraft emails/communications for the designer neededProduce reports, enter products and orders to internal software systemAttend client meetings, take detailed notes, and provide general support of teamAssist on photo shootsRunning personal... errands for designers when neededTravel with designers (when COVID is over and it is safe to travel)Assist the design team with overseeing large scale design projects through completionRequest quotes, pricing and samples from vendorsCreate proposals, purchase orders and finalize orders.
