Fashion Assistant

Revival is looking for a part time (25-28 hours an week) organized, fashion-focused team member to support our day-to-day styling, e-commerce, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This is a behind-the-scenes, off-camera role for someone who loves fashion but is equally strong with organization, accuracy, and getting things done. Create and manage Shopify orders and customer invoicesAccurately log incoming inventory into our systemEnter product details, pricing, sizing, condition, and other necessary informationTag, organize, and maintain inventoryPull merchandise for customer orders and salesCarefully pack and ship customer ordersCreate shipping labels and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on timeTrack shipments and help troubleshoot shipping or fulfillment issuesAssist with returns, exchanges, and order adjustmentsHelp reconcile sold inventory and maintain accurate inventory countsOrganize merchandise by designer, category, drop, or upcoming saleAssist with styling and merchandising pieces for story sales, drops, and live showsPrep and organize merchandise before sales and help process sold items afterwardHelp maintain an organized, clean, and elevated showroom/workspaceAssist the team with day-to-day operational needsWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Extremely organized and detail-orientedReliable, efficient, and able to work independentlyComfortable using technology and learning new systemsShopify experience is strongly preferredExperience with inventory management, retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment is a plusStrong understanding of fashion, designers, sizing, and garment categoriesGood eye for styling and merchandisingAble to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTakes ownership of their work and notices what needs to be done without always being askedComfortable handling high-value luxury merchandise with care
