Overview
A fast junior apparel company is looking for a pre-production coordinator who has at least five years of experience in this industry. Below are the detailed responsibilities of this position.
Responsibilities
Develops and executes in partnership with designer styles from initial concept to production.
Manage all samples to ensure their movement through the product development process in coordination with the development calendar.
Develops and sources in partnership with designer fabric and trims.
Work with factories to achieve desired costing and margin goals without compromising design.
Build and maintain development calendar and cost charts for all categories.
Work with design to create cost tech packs and bill of material (BOMs)
Identify and troubleshoot costing/quality control challenges along with design and resolve with vendors.
Negotiate best cost with vendors.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
