Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, establishing a positive first impression
Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive and tidy
Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate with management for replenishment need
Assisting and supporting management with daily tasks and projects
Assist with inquiries, product information, and service requests via phone, email, or in person
Utilize office management tools such as Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, and data entry software to document interactions accurately
Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and proofreading correspondence
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents with attention to detail
Use technical proficiency in computer skills and customer support software to streamline workflow and improve productivity

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
