At New Cottage Arts, we aim to provide high-quality, inclusive, and impactful music and art education to youth of all backgrounds. • Report Issues: • Communicate any concerns or issues (e.g., behavior or supplies) with the Program Coordinator or Program Manager immediately. • Complete the Lesson Write-Up with the student (if in private lesson), or after class, and save a copy into Google Drive. Weekly Checklist: • Lesson Planning: • Reflect on the previous week’s lessons and adjust the lesson plan for the upcoming week to meet student needs. Schedule: • After school • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed
