Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment Requirements • Previous retail experience preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • High school diploma or equivalent required
