Summary
The Fashion Advisor, Watches and Fine Jewelry, delivers elevated client service while driving sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This in-store role builds lasting client relationships and contributes to a collaborative boutique team.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service throughout the client experience.
Build client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach and exceed client expectations.
Receive repairs and follow up consistently with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of related experience; Watches and Jewelry knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with a team.
High school degree required; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
