Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry - Highland

The Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry provides a superior level of in-store client service to drive conversion, retention, and business revenue. This role supports the end-to-end client experience, working alongside the sales team and reporting to boutique leadership. The advisor inspires brand loyalty through personalized service and product expertise.

Responsibilities

Engage walk-in and existing clients to develop new customers and convert traffic into sales.
Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Coordinate intake of repairs and alterations and maintain ongoing client communication regarding status.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
High school degree minimum with excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
Full-time front-of-house, in-store presence required to support client sales and service.
