Summary
As a Fashion Advisor based in Madison, you will deliver exceptional client service to drive conversion, retention, and revenue for the boutique. You will work on the sales floor alongside boutique leadership and team members to create desire around product and inspire brand loyalty. This full-time, in-store role requires a passion for fashion, luxury service, and building long-term client relationships.

Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadorsProvide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experienceBuild and maintain genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreachCollaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business and sales objectivesManage intake for repairs and alterations and maintain follow-up with clientsConsistently strive to exceed client expectations and elevate the level of serviceRequirements
Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retailMinimum High School DiplomaExcellent communication skills and strong client service orientationFlexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidaysAbility to lift up to 15 lbs.Foreign language skills preferred but not required
