Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service using fashion expertise to convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors, support sales growth, and foster long-term client relationships. Work collaboratively with the boutique team and report to boutique leadership while maintaining a professional, service minded approach and deep knowledge of the brand and product. Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients • Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service • Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach and follow up • Inspire desire for product and brand through styling and fashion expertise • Support sales targets and drive client conversion and retention • Take in repairs and manage follow up for repairs and alterations • Work collaboratively with the sales team to elevate service standards • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and house heritage to inform clients Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively • Foreign language skills preferred but not required • Ability to lift 15 lbs • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays • Full time in-store and in-person presence required
