Summary
The Fashion Advisor delivers exceptional in-store client service, driving conversion, retention, and revenue while representing the brand with expertise in fashion. This role works on the sales floor alongside the boutique team and reports to boutique leadership. The Fashion Advisor focuses on creating meaningful client relationships and elevating the client experience.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadorsProvide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experienceBuild and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-upManage repairs and alterations intake and follow up with clients regarding statusCollaborate with the sales team to achieve boutique revenue and service goalsWork a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays to support client needsRequirements
Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retailExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamAbility to lift up to 15 lbsFlexible availability for retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysPassion for fashion and delivering elevated client serviceForeign language skills preferred but not required
