Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service using fashion expertise to convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors. Maintain a professional presence on the sales floor and represent the House of Chanel with enthusiasm for its history and product offerings. Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients • Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to optimize client experience • Build genuine relationships through consistent outreach and client follow up • Support sales goals by creating excitement and desire around product and brand • Take in repairs and coordinate follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations • Collaborate with boutique leadership and sales team to exceed client expectations • Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Ability to lift 15 lbs • Excellent communication skills and a service minded approach • Passion for fashion and the House of Chanel and willingness to learn • Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
