Responsibilities Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadorsDeliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experienceBuild and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-upCollaborate with the boutique sales team and report to boutique leadership to drive business resultsManage repairs and alterations intake and follow-up with clientsRequirements Minimum 3 years of related experienceAbility to lift up to 15 lbs and perform in-store dutiesFlexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidaysExcellent communication skills and a service-minded approachPassion for fashion and the House of Chanel; foreign language skills preferred
