Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive conversion, client retention, and brand loyalty. This role converts walk-in traffic to clients, supports sales initiatives, and collaborates with boutique leadership and the sales team. The position requires full-time, front-of-house presence to deliver elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadorsDeliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experienceBuild and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-upCollaborate with the boutique sales team and report to boutique leadership to drive business resultsManage repairs and alterations intake and follow-up with clientsRequirements

Minimum 3 years of related experienceAbility to lift up to 15 lbs and perform in-store dutiesFlexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidaysExcellent communication skills and a service-minded approachPassion for fashion and the House of Chanel; foreign language skills preferred
