Full-time front-of-house presence is required to support client sales and elevated client experiences. Responsibilities Convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors through product knowledge and styling.Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.Manage intake, tracking, and follow-up for repairs and alterations.Collaborate with the boutique sales team and support leadership to meet business and revenue targets.Maintain strong product and brand knowledge to inspire and advise clients.Requirements
