Summary
Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Work collaboratively with the boutique team and leadership to build long term client relationships, manage repairs and alterations follow up, and create memorable luxury experiences. Maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays to support boutique needs.

Minimum 3 years of related experienceMinimum High School DiplomaExcellent communication skillsAbility to thrive in a team environment and work collaborativelyPassion for the brand and knowledge of fashion and luxury goodsForeign language skills preferred but not requiredAbility to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and some holidays
