Fashion Advisor

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-person client service to increase client conversion, retention, and overall boutique revenue. This role involves building genuine client relationships, converting walk-in traffic, and supporting the sales team while reporting to boutique leadership. The position requires a full-time, front-of-house presence in the Palo Alto boutique.

Responsibilities
• Engage and convert walk-in clients into customers and brand ambassadors through inspired product presentation and personalized service.
• Deliver prompt, warm, and professional client service to optimize the client experience and drive sales.
• Maintain ongoing client outreach and relationship-building to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Coordinate and follow up on repairs and alterations, ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet business objectives and support boutique operations.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of related retail or client-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused service mindset; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of product and brand to inspire clients.
