Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, client conversion, and retention. Work collaboratively with the boutique sales team and leadership to create meaningful client experiences and represent the House of CHANEL with professionalism and passion. Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors • Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience • Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach • Support sales goals by inspiring desire for product and brand • Take in repairs and manage follow up on repairs and alterations • Collaborate with team members to elevate overall service standards • Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Excellent communication skills • Ability to lift 15 lbs • Passion for fashion, luxury, and the brand's history • Service minded with strong client experience focus • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
