Summary The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service, converts walk-in traffic to clients, and supports boutique sales and client retention. This role collaborates with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive revenue and inspire brand loyalty while maintaining product knowledge and service standards. Responsibilities • Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to clients • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors • Build and maintain genuine relationships through outreach and follow up • Support sales goals and contribute to driving business revenue • Take in repairs and coordinate follow up on repairs and alterations • Demonstrate fashion expertise to inspire clients • Collaborate effectively within a diverse sales team • Work a flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Ability to lift 15 lbs • Excellent communication skills • Service minded with passion for client experience • Ability to work full time in store and in person • Interest in fashion luxury and the brand history
