Summary The Fashion Advisor delivers exceptional in-store client service to drive sales, conversion, and loyalty while representing the House of CHANEL. The role focuses on developing new customers, nurturing client relationships, managing repairs and alterations follow up, and providing a superior luxury client experience in a team environment. Responsibilities • Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors • Provide prompt professional warm and courteous service to clients • Build and maintain genuine client relationships through outreach • Support boutique leadership and collaborate with the sales team • Manage intake of repairs and follow up on alterations with clients • Use fashion expertise to inspire client purchases • Work flexible schedule including late nights weekends and some holidays • Lift and handle merchandise up to 15 lbs Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Excellent communication skills • Passion for fashion luxury and the CHANEL brand • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Foreign language skills preferred but not required • Ability to work full time in store and in person
