Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients • Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous client service • Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach • Support client sales to drive business results • Take in repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations • Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership • Demonstrate a can-do attitude to exceed client expectations Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Ability to lift 15 lbs. • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays • Strong communication skills and service minded approach • Passion for fashion and the brand with desire to learn and grow • Foreign language skills preferred but not required
