Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention. Work as part of the boutique sales team, report to leadership, and contribute to a luxury client experience through outreach, repairs intake, and product presentation. Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors • Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience • Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach • Collaborate with the sales team to inspire desire around product and brand • Take in repairs and coordinate follow up on repairs and alterations • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude to exceed client expectations • Support boutique leadership initiatives and daily sales operations Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
