Summary Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays to support boutique needs. Responsibilities • Develop new customers and convert walk in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors • Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience • Build and maintain genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach • Support sales goals by inspiring desire around product and the brand • Take in repairs and coordinate follow up regarding repairs and alterations • Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive business results • Demonstrate a can do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations Requirements • Minimum 3 years of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Excellent communication skills • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively • Passion for the brand and knowledge of fashion and luxury goods • Foreign language skills preferred but not required • Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and some holidays
