This role is responsible for driving newness and innovation by working with Design and Production for the sourcing and development of fabrics that are aesthetically and cost-appropriate for the brand. Work cross-functionally with the Design, Production and Merchandising teams in meeting aesthetics, timing, costing and testing parameters related to fabrics. Attend fabric shows and/or shop competitive/aspirational brands as appropriate to gain perspective on new innovation and trend as it applies to the brand Work with mills and overseas vendors on seasonal fabric development Work with Sr. Mgr on troubleshooting of fabric related issues.
