Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabric R&D Manager/Director to lead the development and operations of textiles for Rebecca Taylor. As the Manager/Director, you will play a critical role in driving fabric innovation and ensuring the successful execution of our seasonal collections. Collaborate closely with mills and suppliers to develop new fabrics. Create mill cards in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fabric R&D or a related area.
