Submit lab dip and strike off requests to mills Diligently follow up with mills to ensure lab dips, strike offs and bulk are being sent in a timely manner Follow up with customer to get lab dip/strike off approvals Fill out submit forms to send to customer Checking Flex PLM for comments/approvals Capable of passing a Munsell test a plus but not required. Maintain WIP for l/d’s, s/o’s and fabric bulk. Communicate with Asia production team if there are any fabric delays that can impact delivery. Request FDS/ITR from mills and send to customer Upon receipt of lab dips, strike offs and bulk, gather all components in the garment and submit to the Colorist for review. Follow up with the customer for color comments Establish hand standards and send to the customer Must be a good communicator Must be very organized, detail-oriented team player, comfortable working in a fast paced environment Must be proficient in Excel and PLM Minimum of 2 yrs experience pre- production and have knowledge of fabrics and printing methods.
