Fabletics Retail Store Employee

Fabletics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at The Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis, IN. As a Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers through new and meaningful ways, and drive sales growth while embodying the Fabletics culture and values. This role involves working closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and other associates to achieve aggressive sales goals and meet productivity and efficiency standards. You will be responsible for maintaining store-merchandising guidelines, communicating inventory and training needs to the Store Manager, and participating in community projects to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, knowledge of active lifestyle choices, and excellent communication skills.
