You will be based in our Boston office as part of our broader Consumer / Retail Practice, working with our team. You will provide your knowledge and expertise to top managers at client organizations across the consumer / retail industry. Your qualifications and skills • Undergraduate degree required, master's degree preferred • 10 years+ of professional experience working with consumer / retail clients and/or working in the consumer / retail industry • Prior experience as a consultant in a professional services firm preferred • Entrepreneurial drive to develop new client relationships and generate business development opportunities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization • Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations • Publication of knowledge or thought leadership in your industry space is a plus • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
