Experienced Stylist Women's Luxury Apparel

Fringe & Form is opening its second location in Fort Wayne this April and is seeking a highly experienced women’s stylist to help lead and establish this new boutique. This role is designed for a stylist with 10+ years of women’s fashion retail experience who understands that true style is about confidence, connection, and thoughtful curation—not trends or transactional selling. Fringe & Form is an elevated women’s clothier and personal styling destination focused on helping women build purposeful wardrobes that reflect who they are and how they live. What You'll Do: • Deliver a highly personalized, relationship-focused styling experience • Guide clients in building cohesive, versatile wardrobes aligned with their lifestyle • Lead in-store styling, mannequin presentation, and visual merchandising • Assist with store opening preparations, merchandising, and setup • Build and maintain a loyal client base through trust, follow-up, and consistency • Support private appointments, trunk shows, and client events • Uphold Fringe & Form brand standards, values, and service philosophy • Assist with inventory care, organization, and overall store presentation Schedule: • Part-time • Additional availability leading up to and during the April opening
