Contemporary sustainable clothing RTW Brand seeking the right individual with 5+ years experience in retail/sales management to join our team and grow with us! Role includes: -main focus on sales strategy for revenue growth -hiring and interviewing new sales associates for our shops -becoming and expert of our product and our sustainable production practices -be able to translate our company ethos to new hires and potential customers -3rd party buying of products and vendor relationships -troubleshoot current hurdles within our marketing and sales strategies -overseeing between our retail locations in HV and NYC -working on creative online media strategies and social media/customer outreach -assisting on our photoshoots, producing pop-ups, in-store events and other fun projects. Experience requirments: -Knowledge of advanced contemporary ethical fashion brands big and small -Know how to seamlessly close sales with customers in-person and be an expert in customer service/relations. -outgoing, friendly and not afraid to speak up -5-8+ experience in retail minimum -sales oriented with independent drive to meet sales goals -works well independently and able to be a compassionate and responsible leader. Compensation: Hourly wage + commission percentage + profit sharing PT to start to FT with flexibility.
