We are a streetwear, footwear, and music merchandise store catering to customers of all ages. We represent top footwear brands, streetwear labels, and licensed music merchandise. We are looking for motivated sales associates who can represent the Dress Code lifestyle and help customers feel confident in what they wear.

This position is best for someone who has previous retail or sales experience, enjoys fashion, and has a strong record of reliability, customer service, and consistent performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Greet customers and start conversations naturally
Build relationships with customers and create a positive shopping experience
Give confident styling advice and product recommendations
Help customers put together outfits, footwear, and accessories
Meet individual and store sales goals
Stay busy during downtime by organizing, cleaning, restocking, and completing daily tasks
Work well with the team in a fast-paced environment
Represent Dress Code’s style, energy, and customer-first attitude

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is

Super friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to customers
Experienced in sales, retail, fashion, footwear, or customer service
Excited about streetwear, clothing, sneakers, music, and style
Confident giving honest styling advice
Hardworking and able to stay focused without constant supervision
Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
Able to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities
Patient with customers and professional with coworkers
Motivated to meet goals and take ownership of their work
Positive, energetic, and willing to learn

Preferred Experience

We strongly prefer candidates who have:

Previous retail sales experience
A proven history of meeting sales goals
Experience working in fashion, footwear, streetwear, or a customer-facing sales role
A stable work history and strong professional references
Experience helping customers select outfits, shoes, or accessories

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable using a computer and retail systems
Well-spoken and able to communicate professionally
Strong written communication skills
Motivated to work and learn
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, the brands and products we sell
