Senior level executive responsible for the brand management/stewardship and leadership of the Rafaella brand. P&L accountability across channels with senior level direct reports domestically. This person will have oversight for wholesale, planning and merchandising/design. In conjunction with the Perry Ellis International licensing arm, accountable for global strategic growth comprised of various market/channel appropriate business models. Overall development of strategic global growth plan Brand management – product integrity, pricing, positioning, profitability and sales Budgets and P&L; set and achieve yearly budgets as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts Licensing/Distributor collaborative management with Perry Ellis International licensing organization Collaboration with marketing and retail teams Customer development Collaboration with shared services-operations, purchasing, finance, sourcing, logistics, IT, HR, licensing and planning Regular business updates for senior management
