Executive Personal Assistant + Content Capture Assistant (Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle Brand)

This is not a traditional assistant role. You will work closely with a fashion brand founder, music artist, and luxury lifestyle enthusiast: supporting both day-to-day operations and behind-the-scenes content creation. You have a strong eye for aesthetics (especially fashion/luxury) You are proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do You are reliable, punctual, and move with urgency You are comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environments You understand how to capture content that feels natural, not staged You are discreet, professional, and trustworthy You communicate clearly and confidently This role requires both in-person availability and flexibility Hours may vary based on business needs, events, and pop-ups This is a high-trust position with direct access to the founder’s day-to-day operations Links to content you’ve personally captured or edited A short outline (3–5 bullet points) describing how you would capture a day working with a fashion brand founder
