We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and visually aware Executive Personal Assistant who can operate at a high level while also capturing content that reflects a luxury brand aesthetic.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will work closely with a fashion brand founder, music artist, and luxury lifestyle enthusiast: supporting both day-to-day operations and behind-the-scenes content creation.
The ideal candidate is organized, fast-moving, detail-oriented, and naturally understands what looks elevated vs basic.
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide direct support to the founder (scheduling, coordination, errands, day-of execution)
Capture high-quality iPhone content (photo + video) in real time
Identify and document key moments throughout the day for social media
Assist with pop-ups, meetings, and brand activations
Maintain organization across tasks, timelines, and priorities
Assist with establishing and managing brand deals
Anticipate needs before they’re communicated
Occasionally assist with light content editing or organizing footage

Experience supporting an entrepreneur, influencer, or brand
Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok content trends
Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Experience in fashion, retail, or pop-up events
Availability to travel for important events

This is a high-trust position with direct access to the founder’s day-to-day operations
