EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION ANALYST

Kohl's Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

This role will have the opportunity to interact with Kohl’s senior leadership and prepare meeting materials for the Kohl’s Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Conducts annual market intelligence and benchmarking analysis to ensure equitable compensation practices and to sustain a competitive advantage Evaluates assigned compensation programs, measures established KPIs, recommend and design approaches to improve program effectiveness Researches to evaluate best in class practices and policies for assigned compensation programs Researches, benchmarks and supports implementation of solutions to identified compensation issues Conducts advanced analysis to report on program effectiveness and ensure compliance ​ Assist in the preparation of analysis and presentation for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Required 2+ years of experience in developing and managing compensation or HR programs Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Advanced data analysis skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
