You must have 3+ years of EA experience within the Beauty/Fashion industry to be considered... • Responds to phone, email and in-person inquiries – providing general information and directing inquiries to correct source or point of contact • Manage all necessary arrangements for internal and external meeting planning including sending invitations, booking rooms and arranging catering • Organize special events as required including team off-sites and larger cross-functional team meetings • Work closely with the other assistants to schedule inter – department meetings with executives • Work on special projects which may include presentation creation using Excel and/or PowerPoint and finalization of presentations and other documents • Ad hoc personal requests Qualifications • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the fashion or beauty industry. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent administrative, organizational and project management skills • Superior follow through skills, customer service oriented • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur or Quickbooks We suggest that you ensure you have updated your LinkedIn profile and that you start collecting your references early
