EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Sam Edelman

In this role, you will be directly supporting and representing Sam Edelman, Founder and Creative Director and it will be important for you to be professional, enthusiastic, and highly organized. Responsibilities As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will: Respond to phone, email and written correspondence as needed, referring to appropriate contacts when necessary Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, travel itineraries, and meeting schedules Coordinate meeting logistics including room reservations, technology requests, and catering Prepare executives’ meeting materials and/or presentations as needed Manage expense reports and reconciliation of credit cards for executives Own the daily management and communication for Sam Edelman’s correspondence and acts as key liaison for all public relations and brand marketing events Develop strong working relationships with the human resources and corporate communication leadership teams Understand the functions, workflow, and priorities of the teams Act as liaison with building management and oversee general supervision of showroom operations, as well as supervision of facilities coordinator and sample coordinator Benefits you’ll enjoy: 30% shoe discount off all Caleres brands including Sam Edelman Career development and growth opportunities Full health benefits that start day one (medical, vision, and dental) Qualifications We seek people with these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred 2-5 years’ Executive Assistant experience supporting senior level executives preferred Microsoft Office required: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with conference systems, Concur and Catalyst preferred This position has a compensation range of $95,169 - $130,857.
