Responsibilities: Calendar management, including interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants to coordinate executive meetings Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining files, filing, retrieval of corporate documents, records and weekly/monthly reports. Answer telephone and communicate messages to SVP Manage travel plans Complete and submit expense reports, including verifying backup and providing G/L coding Manage office requests for employee moves and new hires, including office space set-up for dept., as required Coordinate with IT to resolve computer and phone issues Coordinate activities for on-site and off-site meeting and events, including ordering food, researching venues, developing budget, sending invitations Sales & Merchandising Function - Showroom / Appointment Management: Main liaison to all inter-company divisions  (control access and schedule appointments for Sales & Merchandising) Responsible for management of showroom scheduling including the following: set up account appointments (as per sales direction) take down co-ordination with visual merchandising, marketing, international Collects and verifies expense reports for dept., including applying G/L codes Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines Detail oriented/innovative traits necessary Must be able to find best solutions and developing methods to improve efficiency Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
