Key responsibilities include: Main Objectives • Sales Growth: Develop and implement business action plans to achieve sales and KPI goals, collaborate with the VP of Retail, and build development plans for employees. • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer service, develop client strategies to retain and develop high-potential clients, and establish market presence through community outreach. • Operational Efficiency: Enforce policies and procedures, manage stock levels, maintain visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure presentation and visual standards. Requirements • Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of Store Management experience in the Luxury Industry. • Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and ability to drive results.
