We’re looking for someone that’s passionate about fostering a speak up culture, supporting fair, prompt, and comprehensive investigations, and analyzing data and metrics to join us in the newly created role of Ethics & Compliance Program Manager at Victoria’s Secret & Co. You will work with our Ethics and Compliance team to provide case administration, reporting analytics and investigation support for cases reported through our Speak Up! We place the customer at the heart of everything we do. · Collaborate with internal business partners to support case management and investigations. Qualifications Your Experience Self-Management and Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as a member of the team, detailed-oriented and consistently accurate, ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment with constant change, and ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures. Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
