We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Sales, Alterations & Laundry Manager / Key Holder to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Lead daily store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
Work with Seamstress to communicate the orders so that it clear
Supervise and train staff on retail sales techniques, POS (Point of Sale) systems, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
Manage alterations and laundry services by coordinating scheduling, quality control, and customer communication.
Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize profitability.
Handle cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and shift management to ensure smooth store functioning.
Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews for new hires, and ongoing training & development programs to build a high-performing team.
Maintain store security by opening/closing the store as a key holder; monitor surveillance systems; ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Engage in marketing initiatives to promote services; utilize wireless sales techniques where applicable; support community outreach efforts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies related to inventory management, retail math calculations, budgeting, and administrative procedures.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills, leadership in supervising staff, and promoting teamwork.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in retail sales or store management roles with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation.
Experience with alterations or laundry services is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and stock ordering efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities that inspire team engagement; previous assistant manager or shift supervisor experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and merchandising principles to enhance store visibility and sales performance.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including opening/closing responsibilities as a key holder; excellent phone etiquette is essential.
