Engineer I, Las Vegas Fashion Show - Full Time

What You Will Do • Maintain HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency • Perform emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems according to the scheduled plan • Keep detailed records of inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and local fire marshal requirements • Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and during emergencies, as directed by the Chief Engineer or District Facilities Manager • Assist with special projects as assigned • Perform additional duties as needed • Follow shortage prevention programs and procedures • Complete tasks efficiently as directed by the Supervisor • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems, with a preference for HVAC experience.
