As a Plus-Size Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment using customer engagement to achieve company goals. • Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer and business needs. • Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards. • Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks mannequins shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
