EMPLOYEE SERVICES ASSISTANT ( Benefits/Comp/EIS/Talent Development)

Sort incoming mail and distribute as needed. Responsible for general administration of virtual and in-person training sessions, including but not limited to, scheduling, LMS enrollments and attendance reporting, physical room setups, videoconferencing setups, materials distribution, and troubleshooting participant questions. Partner with recruiting and talent development to support administrative details of annual intern program. Ability to work with minimal supervision and to adapt to a changing environment.
