The Embroidery Manager is responsible for the overall embroidery operation in Seneca, managing all aspects from receiving and coordinating date files and spec packs from the Miami office to a finished product. Directs all aspects of a fast paced embroidery operation Manages embroidery personnel and establish work schedules and assignments Manages capacity and work flow to assure all dates and deliverables are adhered to Communicates with the Corporate Office all info and details of the embroidery files assures adequate quality control Responsible for management of budget, minimizing costs, assuring financial efficiency and inventory control Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures. Ability to supervise, lead, train and manage employees in a production environment. 5+ years of trainer and supervision Duties in a process driven environment
