Beautiful young contemporary / Ready to wear design studio is searching for a Designer RTW/ Embroidery. Must have at least 5-7 years of experience creating embroidery. Oversee fabric, embroidery and design collection boards updates Create style numbers and line list of each collection Meet with embroidery companies to see swatches and recommend RA for each seasonal collection Meet with embroidery companies to go over clarifications on any complicated orders Assist RA in approving embroidery artwork Responsible to advise the organization of the design room calendar to be aware of when embroideries need to be ordered Submit embroidery orders for RTW, and private client orders to embroidery companies Receive and advise artwork for approvals and prices Follow up on delivery dates Arrange embroidery company appointments Supervise and checking that the dressers have hung and packed all items properly Complete look card instructions for dressers Photograph each model in their look with shoes and accessories for look cards Manage the loaning of company shoes for each model Present for all collection fittings to assist RA
