Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Embroidery Designer role based in Surat. Responsibilities include preparing detailed embroidery layouts, selecting appropriate stitches, threads, and techniques, and coordinating with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution. Strong embroidery skills, including developing motifs, patterns, and stitch techniques suitable for production.Knowledge of fashion and fashion design principles, with the ability to translate trends into commercially viable embroidered designs.Understanding of textiles and fabric behavior to ensure suitable embroidery placement, durability, and visual impact.Experience collaborating on garment fitting, ensuring embroidery placement complements the silhouette and construction.Proficiency in sketching or using design software for presenting embroidery concepts (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools).Attention to detail, color sense, and strong aesthetic judgment.Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple design projects, and meet production deadlines.Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in embroidery design is an advantage.
