A leading denim and apparel brand is seeking Email Marketing Manager to join their team. Partner with creative, eCommerce, and customer support teams to achieve a consistent customer experience across each campaign and channel, align schedules and communicate KPIs and recommendations in order to drive acquisition, retention and engagement. Identify and define customer segments and tailor campaigns to their individual needs, maximizing the performance of the most profitable groups. Partner with relevant teams to develop a customer loyalty program and ultimately oversee the day-to-day management. Qualifications: 4+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on customer D2C lifecycle strategy and email campaign management.
