Must have experience and knowledge of various retails TMS system; be familiar with how to submit a purchase order for routing and how to obtain shipping instructions. Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent processing delays. Coordinate with truckers and warehouse pickups for various customers. Adhere and be familiar with each account rules and regulations to avoid chargebacks. Must also have good EDI experience
