Must have experience and knowledge of various retails TMS system; be familiar with how to submit a purchase order for routing and how to obtain shipping instructions. Must have experience of mapping, receiving and processing all EDI documents related to EDI orders. And perform troubleshooting on all processes to resolve all content issues and map problems Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent processing delays. Ability to communicate with individuals at different levels in the organization. Run reports daily to address any problems before a purchase order shipping date.
