Ecommerce Operations Manager (Boutique Retail)

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes ownership without needing to be told what to do.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. This is for someone who sees what needs to be done and handles it.

You will work directly with the owner to support and improve all areas of our ecommerce business.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Preparing and uploading new products (descriptions, SEO, tagging, accuracy)
• Managing and improving our website experience
• Assisting with weekly product launches
• Supporting email and SMS marketing execution (Klaviyo)
• Monitoring inventory and resolving discrepancies
• Handling order issues and improving customer experience
• Identifying inefficiencies and fixing them proactively
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in ecommerce (Shopify preferred)
• Extremely detail-oriented (you catch what others miss)
• Fast, efficient, and organized
• Takes initiative without waiting for direction
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats daily
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Needs constant direction
• Gets overwhelmed juggling multiple tasks
• Only does exactly what they’re told
Bonus If You Have Experience In
• Klaviyo or email marketing
• Shopify backend
• Retail or boutique environment
