eCommerce Marketing Administrator and Digital Strategist

Overview Digital Convergence Partners is currently looking for one individual to establish a Digital Marketing Strategy to launch the marketing of eCharta.net, our proprietary cloud-based document management service. The successful candidate participates in the design and development of digital channels for marketing website and social media platforms, as well as generating effective written and graphical content. • Provide suggestions and ideas for new campaigns or communications to engage new customers • Blog and Press Release Content Generation and Submission • Video Content Storyboard Generation Secondary Responsibilities • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends • Build strong client relationships through social media interaction • Keep up-to-date with our audiences’ preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns • Optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments • Maintain website with fresh content no less than bi-weekly • Keep up-to-date on emerging social media platforms and provide suggestions on use • Conduct competitive analyses of alternative product and service offerings and how they are interacting with their social media following • Measure and record analytics on key social media channels weekly Necessary Skills and Qualifications • Candidates must be eloquent and highly literate in English grammar and sentence structure, with the ability to present technical subject matter in an understandable fashion to a person who is not an expert in the given field of knowledge • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and intelligent with professional integrity and good judgment • Prior experience with digital marketing as well as journalistic writing, graphic design, video production, blogging, or social media brand use for a brand is preferred. The individual shall be provided with an internal Digital Convergence Partners (DCPi) email address to use during the duration of the work. • The position shall be for a 60-day period but may be extended beyond this time.
